Abstract：ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of Phloroglucinol combined with Lidocaine applied in patients with cervicaltenacity to promote the dilatation of cervix.Methods86 patients with dilatation of cervix in full term pregnancy treated in our hospital from February 2016 to October 2017 were selected as objects.The patients were divided into the control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,and each group had 43 cases.The patients in the control group were treated with Lidocaine,on the basis of which,the experimental group was treated with Phloroglucinol.The average time of active phase,average time of first production process,average blood loss of postpartum,neonatal asphyxia and mode of delivery in the two groups were analyzed.Results The average time of active phase and average time of first production process in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The rate of caesarean section in the experimental group (9.3%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(25.58%)(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the average blood loss of postpartum and the rate of eonatal asphyxia between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Phloroglucinol combined with Lidocaine applied in patients with cervical tenacity is helpful to promote the dilatation of cervix,accelerate the progress of the labor process,improve the quality of delivery,and it is safe and effective.
