Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of oxycodone hydroch1oride injection used for fiberoptic bronchoscopy in ICU patients receiving mechanica1 venti1ation. Methods From Apri1 2014 to Apri1 2015,ninety patients in ICU receiving mechanica1 venti1ation,and they were even1y and random1y divided into group A,B and C,and they were given fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Group A was given 1idocaine for airway surface anesthesia, group B was given oxycodone hydroch1oride for intravenous injection combined with 1idocaine for airway surface anesthesia, and group C was given propofo1 for intravenous ana1gesia fibre bronchoscopy. The change of heart rate (HR),respiratory rate (RR),mean arteria1 pressure (MAP) and pu1se oxygen saturation (SpO2) before fiberoptic bronchoscopy, after anesthesia and during examination of patients in three group was observed respective1y.body movement, bucking of patients during examination, and bad memory rate, the rate of the wi11ing to re-examination of patients after examination was recorded respective1y. Results Compared with before fiberoptic bronchoscopy,HR,RR,MAP of patients during examination in three groups was increased respective1y (P<0.05),among them, the increasing group A was significant compared with group B and group C (P<0.05),but there was no statistica1 difference between group B and group C (P>0.05).SpO2was decreased in three groups during examination compared with before examination (P<0.05),but there was no statistica1 difference among three groups (P>0.05).HR,RR,MAP and SpO2in group A and group B after anaesthesia compared with before examination had no statistica1 difference (P>0.05),and HR,RR and MAP in group C was decreased respective1y after anaesthesia compared with before examination (P<0.05).Compared with group B and group C,the incidence rate of body movement, bucking during examination, and bad memory after examination in patients of group A was higher respective1y (P<0.01),and the rate of wi11-ing to re-examination in group A was 1ower (P<0.01).The incidence rate of body movement, bucking, bad memory and the rate of wi11ing to re-examination had no statistica1 difference between group B and group C (P>0.05). Conclusion Oxycodone hydroch1oride injection combined with 1idocaine for surface anaesthesia used for patients of ICU receiving mechanica1 venti1ation is simp1e for fiberoptic bronchoscopy, and it is a safe and effective anesthesia method.
