Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of health education and psychological nursing on MR imaging in the elderly upper abdomen.Methods Sixty-eight elderly patients who underwent MR enhanced examination in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected for study.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to a 1∶1 approach,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing interventions,the observation group were provided with health education and psychological care.The effect of nursing care was compared between the two groups.Results The two groups of patients completed the examination successfully.Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in anxiety(SAS)mood between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the SAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Understanding the causes of anxiety in the elderly patients with MR enhanced examination of the upper abdomen,and the implementation of health education and psychological care for the patients can significantly improve the patient′s emotions,promote the successful completion of the examination,provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis,and it is worth popularizing and applying.
