Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of continuous humanistic care in the nursing of electronic laryngoscopy.Methods A total of 600 patients who underwent electronic laryngoscopy in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into observation group and control group by a random number table,300 cases in each group.In the control group,regular nursing during examination was used,while in the observation group,continuous humanistic care was carried out.The nursing satisfaction of the two groups through questionnaire survey was collected.The incidence of negative emotions between the two groups was compared.Results In the observation group,the satisfaction of nursing performance,examination environment,health education and service attitude was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05）.The incidence of negative emotions in the observation group was 5.0%,significantly lower than that of the control group accounting for 14.7%,with statistical significance (P<0.05）.Conclusion Continuous humanistic care in the nursing of electronic laryngoscopy is beneficial to alleviate negative emotions and improve nursing satisfaction,which is of great clinical significance.
