Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of collaborative nursing mode in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 72 cases of AMI in our hospital from March 2015 to April 2018 were selected as the research object. The selected objects were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method,36 cases in each group. The control group was used the routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group was used with the cooperative nursing mode. The cardiac function indexes, such as the B type natriuretic peptide precursor at the end of N(NT-proBNP)level and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LEVF)value after the intervention of the two groups, and the changes of the psychological condition after the intervention of the two groups were compared. Results After the intervention, the NT-proBNP level in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the LEVF value was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention, there was no significant difference between the two groups of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression scale(HAMD)scores(P>0.05).The scores of HAMA and HAMD in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The cooperative nursing mode for patients with AMI can reduce the negative emotion of the patients and improve the cardiac function after treatment,so as to improve the prognosis and improve the quality of life.
