Abstract:Objective To explore the feasibility of live clostridium butyricum Powder combined with blue light phototherapy treatment of neonatal with hyperbilirubinemia. Methods A total of 384 cases neonate with hyperbilirubinemia in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table,192 cases in each group. Two groups of children were given the same dose of blue light irradiation treatment, observation group of children with blue light treatment and given Clostridium Butyricum powder 1.5 g/d,oral three times. The levels of bilirubin were measured before treatment and 1,4 and 7 days after treatment. The daily average decrease of bilirubin, the disappearance time of jaundice and the occurrence of adverse reactions were calculated and compared. Results There was no significant difference in bilirubin levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment, the bilirubin levels of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),the bilirubin level in the observation group after treatment for 4 and 7 d was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The average daily decrease of bilirubin in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the disappearance time of jaundice was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Live Clostridium Butyricum Powder combined with blue light phototherapy in treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia can improve the curative effect, shorten the treatment time and reduce adverse reactions. It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
