Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of the picture method of peritoneal dialysis fluid transfer operation in peritoneal dialysis patients′operation training.Methods A total of 90 cases of peritoneal dialysis catheterization in our hospital from March 2015 to February 2016 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,45 cases in each group.Finally,43 cases in the control group were studied,and the control group was trained by the method of operation demonstration+oral preaching to train the patients with peritoneal dialysis.In the observation group,43 cases were completed.The observation group was trained by operation demonstration+oral teaching+operation flow picture method,and the patients were trained by peritoneal dialysis.ResultsHospitalization time in observation group was(10.5±2.0)d,shorter than that of control group (12.0±1.5)d,(P<0.05）,and the observation group of peritoneal dialysis fluid change qualified rate respectively in 6 months after the intervention and intervention evaluation 12 months were higher than the control group(P<0.05）.In addition,the observation group by peritoneal dialysate exchange lead to peritoneal dialysis related peritonitis in 6 months after the intervention and intervention evaluation 12 months were lower than the control,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05）.Conclusion The application of peritoneal dialysis fluid change operation training picture law in peritoneal dialysis patients operation can not only shorten the hospitalization time of patients,and help patients to form a correct concept of operations,so as to improve peritoneal dialysis fluid change qualified rate,reduce the incidence of peritoneal dialysis related peritonitis,is a kind of feasible training method.
