Abstract：Objective To investigate the application effect of operating room detail nursing intervention on elderly patients undergone surgery.Methods From February 2015 to April 2017,80 patients performed with laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were selected for analysis.All patients were divided into reference group and study group by a random lottery,40 cases in each group.In the reference group,routine nursing intervention was used,while in the study group,detail nursing intervention in the operating room was adopted.The patient′s satisfaction and pain,anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were assessed.Results The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the reference group with a significant difference (P<0.05）.The pain score,anxiety and depression scores of the study group were lower than those in the reference group with statistical significance (P<0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of operating room detail nursing intervention in elderly patients can effectively improve patient′s satisfaction,relieve pain and reduce anxiety and depression scores,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
