Abstract：Objective To study the clinical application effect of tinnitus retraining therapy in the treatment of tinnitus.Methods A total of 94 tinnitus patients who were admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the study subjects.According to odd-even grouping method,they were divided into the control group(47 cases)and the experimental group(47 cases).The control group was given drug therapy.The experimental group was given tinnitus retraining therapy on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects,quantifiable results of tinnitus irritability level,anxiety and depression scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total adaptation rate in the experimental group after treatment at 1,3,6 months was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The quantifiable results of tinnitus irritability level in both groups after treatment were improved,the improvement rate in the experimental group after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The anxiety scores and depression scores in both groups after treatment were improved,the improvement rate in the experimental group after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Tinnitus patients receiving tinnitus retraining therapy can significantly improve the patient′s clinical symptoms and promote the improvement of patient′s conditions.It is worthy of popularization and application.
