Abstract：Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of pre-fabricated fiber post in the treatment of oral prostheses.Methods Sixty-eight patients with received oral prostheses in our hospital from January to December in 2017 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different treatment mode,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with plastic fiber post,and the observation group was treated with pre-fabricated fiber post.The efficacy,quality of life,and care satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of dental restoration in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion The oral rehabilitation of prefabricated fiber post in patients with oral prosthesis has a significant therapeutic effect,which can not only effectively improve the success rate of patients with restored teeth,but also improve the patient′s quality of life and satisfaction.
