Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 106 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy from December 2015 to September 2017 in our hospital were selected as study subjects.They were equally divided in control group and observation group by lottery.In the control group,routine nursing was used during nursing,while in the observation group,rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing was adopted.The gas exhaust time,defecation time,hospital stay,and postoperative satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group，the gas exhaust time,defecation time and hospital stay were all shorter in the observation group(P<0.05）.The postoperative satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group with statistical significance (P<0.05）.Conclusion In clinical practice,rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy obtains definite effects on shortening the time of gas exhaust,defecation and hospitalization,and improvement of postoperative satisfaction,thereby promoting the recovery of patient′s disease,which fully proves the feasibility of applying rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing.
