Observation of color Doppler ultrasonography on the changes of liver hemodynamics,gallbladder wall,and liver function in clinical application

Abstract:Objective To investigate and analyze the changes of liver hemodynamics,gallbladder wall and liver function of patients with diffuse liver diseases observed by color Doppler ultrasonography.Methods A total of 90 patients with diffuse liver diseases who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as research objects.They were divided into fatty liver disease (FLD)group,chronic hepatitis group,and liver cirrhosis group according to the types of liver diseases.Another group of 30 healthy people was recruited as normal control.The inner diameter of hepatic portal vein,pulse ratio (PR),the blood flow frequency spectrum of right and middle hepatic veins,resistance index (RI)of hepatic artery,and the thickness and smoothness of gallbladder wall of diffuse liver diseases groups observed by color Doppler ultrasonography were comparatively analyzed.Results The changes of RI of hepatic artery,abnormal spectrum of hepatic veins,the inner diameter of hepatic portal vein,PR,and gallbladder wall in mild to moderate and moderate patients in the FLD group were not in great difference from those in the normal control group (P>0.05),while the differences of the above indicators between severe FLD patients and people in normal control group were statistically significant(P<0.05) except for the changes of gallbladder wall(P>0.05).The changes of RI in hepatic artery,spectromorphology of hepatic veins,the inner diameter of hepatic portal vein,PR,and gallbladder wall in the chronic hepatitis group and the liver cirrhosis group were both significant different from those in the normal control group (P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with diffuse liver diseases,application of color Doppler ultrasonography can clearly observe the liver hemodynamics,gallbladder wall morphology,the inner diameter of portal vein,PR,RI of hepatic artery,and spectromorphology of hepatic veins,which can be used as a clinical diagnostic indicator of diffuse liver diseases,and has great clinical promotion value.
