Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive intervention in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).Methods A total of 56 cases of patients with NAFLD treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the subjects,and randomly divided into intervention group and control group,with 28 cases in each group.The intervention group were given the comprehensive intervention,while the control group were given routine intervention.The changes of liver function,uric acid,blood lipid,blood sugar and liver hardness of patients were observed.Results After the intervention,the levels of ALP,AST and ALT of two groups were decreased,and the index in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the TC,TG,FBG,FINS and CAP value of FibroScan fat content in the intervention group was significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive intervention for patients with NAFLD can help patients establish healthy lifestyles,control blood sugar and improve their liver function,which is worthy to be promoted in the clinical.
