Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of esophagogastric variceal bleeding with cirrhosis. Methods A total of 150 patients in our hospital for treatment of cirrhosis esophageal varices were slected from January 2014 to August 2017,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,75 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment, patients in the observation group were diagnosed and treated by endoscopic combined drug. The treatment compliance, the first bleeding rate and the incidence of rebleeding were recorded and compared between two groups. Results The treatment compliance and satisfaction in observation group with patients were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of bleeding and rebleeding in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with esophagogastric variceal rupture and bleeding caused by cirrhosis, the combination of endoscopy and drug is better than conventional methods, and it has better hemostasis and lower rebleeding rate,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
