Abstract:Objective To explore the therapeutic value of Lamivudine and Compound Glycyrrhizin combined with Reduced Glutathione in joint application in patients with chronic hepatitis B associated liver cirrhosis. Methods A total of 56 patients with chronic hepatitis B associated liver cirrhosis treated in our hospital from October 2016 to December 2017 were selected as sujects.By computer randomization method, they were evenly divided into control group and experimental group,28 cases in each group. In the control group,Lamivudine was used, while in the experimental group,Compound Glycyrrhizin and Reduced Glutathione were added. The total bilirubin(TBil),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)levels and therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of TBil,AST and ALT in the two groups after treatment were all lower than those before treatment, and the above mentioned indexes in the experimental group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effectiveness rate in the experimental group was 92.86%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group accounting for 64.29%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Joint application of Lamivudine,Compound Glycyrrhizin and Reduced Glutathione for patients with chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis can effectively inhibit the replication of the virus and has positive clinical significance for prognosis improvement.
