Abstract:Objective To observe and compare the antiviral effects of different treatment regimens on patients with hepatitis B and its influence on the disease related indicators. Methods 98 hepatitis B patients treated in our hospital from October 2014 to April 2015 were divided into A group and B group according to random number table, with 49 cases in each group.Patients in A group were used Lamivudine, and the B group were used Lamivudine combined with Adefovir dipivoxil. The total effective rate of antiviral, the platelet index(PLT,PDW and GMP-140),fibrosis index(IV-C,LN and HA)serum expression levels before and after treatment of two groups were detected and compared. Results After treatment for 2,4 and 6 months, the total effective rate of antiviral in B group was respectively 69.39%,83.67%and 91.84%, obvious higher than those of 46.94%,59.18%and 71.43%in A group,PLT at different time after treatment was higher than that in group A,and other platelet index and fibrosis index serum expression levels were lower than those in A group and there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The antiviral effect of lamivudine combined with adefovir dipivoxil on hepatitis B patients is significantly better than that of lamivudine alone, and its effect on the disease related indicators is better than lamivudine. Therefore,it is considered to be more valuable in patients with hepatitis B.
