Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Cetirizine Drops combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin in the treatment of pediatric allergic purpura.Methods The clinical data of 100 children patients with allergic purpura who were admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015 were analyzed retrospectively,according to the difference of treatment,all patients were divided into the western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group,50 cases in each group.The western medicine group was treated with Cetirizine Drops,the traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine group was treated with Compound Glycyrrhizin on the basis of the western medicine group.The therapeutic effect,side effects and the level ofⅠgE,ⅠgA andⅠgG were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results The total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine group was higher than that of the western medicine group,with significant difference(P<0.01).The level ofⅠgE,ⅠgA andⅠgG after intervention in the two groups was better than that before intervention,with significant difference (P<0.05).The level ofⅠgE,ⅠgA andⅠgG after intervention in the traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine group was better than that in the western medicine group after intervention,with significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of side effects between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Cetirizine Drops combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin has exact curative effects in the treatment of pediatric allergic purpura,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children,improve the immunity,and curb the side effects, which is safe and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
