盐酸西替利嗪递减疗法联合复方甘草酸苷对慢性荨麻疹患者血清IgE及IL-6水平的影响

摘要目的探讨盐酸西替利嗪递减疗法联合复方甘草酸苷对慢性荨麻疹患者血清IgE及IL-6水平的影响。方法选取2015年9月~2016年12月佛山市南海区第七人民医院收治的100例慢性荨麻疹患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为联合组和单项组各50例，选取同期30例健康体检者作为对照组，联合组患者采用盐酸西替利嗪递减疗法联合复方甘草酸苷治疗，单项组患者单纯采用盐酸西替利嗪递减疗法治疗，两组患者均连续治疗6周，对比两组患者的疗效，并对比三组受检者治疗前后血清IgE及IL-6水平的变化情况。结果联合组患者总有效率为98.0%，显著高于单项组的86.0%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗前，联合组及单项组患者的IgE水平显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的IgE水平均显著降低，但仍显著高于对照组，联合组患者的IgE水平改善程度显著优于单项组（P＜0.05）；治疗前、治疗后联合组及单项组患者的IL-6水平与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论盐酸西替利嗪递减疗法联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性荨麻疹能够显著提升效果，改善患者血清IgE水平，但对患者血清IL-6的水平并无明显影响，提示IL-6水平可能与慢性荨麻疹无明显相关性。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Cetirizine Hydrochloride reduction therapy combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin on serum IgE and IL-6 levels in patients with chronic urticaria.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic urticaria admitted to Nanhai District the Seventh People′s Hospital of Foshan City from September 2015 to December 2016 were selected as study object and divided into combined group and single group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group,30 healthy subjects were selected as control group.Patients in the combined group were treated with Cetirizine Hydrochloride reduction therapy combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin,and patients in the single group were treated with Cetirizine Hydrochloride reduction therapy,patients of two groups were treated continuously for 6 weeks.Curative effect between the combined group and the single group,changes of serum IgE and IL-6 levels before and after treatment among three groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 98.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the single group (86.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of IgE before treatment in the combined group and the single group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of IgE in the combined group and the single group was significantly lower,but which was still significantly higher than that in the control group,the level of IgE in the combined group was significantly better than that of the single group(P<0.05);compared with the control group, the levels of IL-6 before and after treatment had no significant different in the combined group and the single group (P>0.05).Conclusion Cetirizine Hydrochloride reduction therapy combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin in the treatment of chronic urticaria can significantly improve the curative effect and the serum IgE level,but there is no significant effect on serum IL-6 level,it is suggested that the level of IL-6 may not be associated with chronic urticaria.
