Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the effect of Fexofenadine Hydrochloride combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid on chronic urticaria.Methods92 patients with chronic urticaria treated in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2017 were selected as subject. They were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Fexofenadine Hydrochloride;treatment group was treated with Fexofenadine Hydrochloride combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid treatment. The total effective rate, the symptom score before and after the concentration of histamine, the number of interleukin-10 and the number of wind masses were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The control group the total effective rate was 76.09%;the total effective rate was 97.83%in the treatment group. There were no significant differences in the symptom scores, plasma histamine concentration,interleukin-10 and the number of wind masses before treatment(P>0.05).The number of symptoms, plasma histamine concentration,interleukin-10 and wind group in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of disappearance of wind masses and pruritus was(12.51±1.01)d and(13.24±2.21)days in the treatment group, which was significantly shorter than that in the control group(16.01±2.73)d,(17.19±3.51)d,(P<0.05).ConclusionThe effect of Fexofenadine Hydrochloride combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid on the treatment of chronic urticaria is effective, which can shorten the course of treatment, accelerate the symptoms subsided and reduce the level of inflammation.
