桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗鼻后滴漏综合征引起咳嗽的临床研究

摘要目的探讨桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊在鼻后滴漏综合征引起的咳嗽中应用效果。方法选取2017年11月～2018年2月江西医专第一附属医院收治的100例鼻后滴漏综合征引起咳嗽的患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为两组，每组各50例。对照组患者采用抗生素+地氯雷他定片+鼻用血管收缩剂进行治疗，观察组在此基础上采用桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效、临床症状缓解情况及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.00%，高于对照组的82.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后的呼吸频率、咳嗽次数、咳痰量[（22.82±5.61）次/min、（5.72±1.86）次、（14.28±3.57）ml]均少于对照组[（25.69±6.58）次/min、（7.13±2.04）次、（16.74±3.93）ml]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者的不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊可有效提高鼻后滴漏综合征引起咳嗽的治疗效果，改善患者的临床症状，且具有较高的安全性。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the application effect of Eucalyptol Linonene Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules in the treatment of cough caused by postnasal drip syndrome.Methods A total of 100 patients with cough caused by postnasal drip syndrome treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi Medical College from November 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with antibiotics+Desloratadine Tablets+nasal angiotonics,while the patients in the observation group were treated with Eucalyptol Linonene Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,remission of clinical symptoms,adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total curative effective rate of the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that of control group (82.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The respiratory rate,times of cough,sputum volume in observation group[(22.82±5.61)times/min,(5.72±1.86)times,(14.28±3.57)ml]were less than those in control group[(25.69±6.58)times/min,(7.13±2.04)times,(16.74±3.93)ml],and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the patients in two groups (P＞0.05).ConclusionEucalyptol Linonene Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules in treatment of cough caused by postnasal drip syndrome can increase curative effects and improve clinical symptoms of patients,which has higher safety.
