Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of rehabilitation nursing in traumatic fracture patients. Methods Eighty patients with traumatic fractures who received treatment in our hospital from March 2015 to April 2017 were selected as study subjects.According to the sequence of patients admitted to the hospital, they were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was provided routine care respectively, the observation group was provided with rehabilitation nursing. The differences in postoperative fracture pain, swelling, and rehabilitation indicators were compared between the two groups. Results After the nursing, abdominal distention value and the pain scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing (P<0.05).The abdominal distention value and pain degree of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the joint function and nursing satisfaction of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group. The hospital stay and postoperative healing time were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing in patients with traumatic fractures can effectively alleviate the degree of pain in patients and speed up the recovery process, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
