Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of emotional nursing therapy in patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 92 patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different therapies,46 cases in each group.The control group was received basic care,and the observation group was received emotional care therapy.The final treatment effect were comparred.Results After intervention,the total effective rate of nursing in the observation group(97.83%)was higher than that of the control group(84.78%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of patients and family members in the observation group(95.65%)was higher than that of the control group (80.43%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the nursing intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in emotions,lack of will,poor thinking,social lack of interest,and attention deficit scores between the two groups of patients.(P>0.05).After the nursing intervention,the scores of the SANS scales of the two groups were significantly lower than before the intervention,the scores of the SANS scale of the observation group were significantly lower than of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of emotional nursing on schizophrenia patients with negative symptoms is significant.It can effectively improve nursing efficiency and satisfaction,relieve negative symptoms of patients,improve quality of life,and has high clinical value.
