Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of aerobic exercise regimen for unstable angina. Methods A total of 100 patients with unstable angina treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as study subjects, and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. In the control group, routine treatment alone was used.On the basis of routine treatment, aerobic exercise was added in the observation group. The serum C-reactive protein (CRP),blood lipids, homocysteine(Hcy)were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the level of Hcy,CRP or blood lipid between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,Hcy,CRP and blood lipid were all lower than those before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in cardiac indexes such as left ventricular end-diastolic dimension (LVEDD),interventricular septum thickness(IVST),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),posterior wall thickness(PWT)before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,LVEDD,IVST and PWT in the two groups were lower than before treatment, while LVEF was higher than before treatment, with statistical significance (P<0.05).The indexes of LVEDD,IVST and PWT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the LVEF was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effectiveness rate in the observation group(94%)was significantly higher than that in the control group (76%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with unstable angina in clinic, application of aerobic exercise can significantly improve the levels of Hcy and CRP,enhance cardiac function, and increase the total clinical effectiveness rate, which is of great significance to enhance patient′s quality of life.
