Abstract:Objective To analyze the the current status of human papilloma virus(HPV)infection and age stratification in 2915 women to provide the theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer. Methods Cervical exfoliative cells and detection results in 2915 women voluntarily carrying out HPV infection test from January 2016 to July 2017 were collected.HPV typing was tested using fluorescence PCR technology, and 15 types of HPV subtypes could be detected. Results The positive rate of HPV was 22.23%(648/2915).They were divided into the 4 age groups(<30 years old,30-39 years old,40-49 years old,and≥50 years old)to carry out analysis. The HPV positive rate of the 4 groups was different, and the age group(≥50 years old)was the highest, and there was a significant difference between the ≥50 years old group and the other 3 groups respectively(χ2=3.94,6.21,4.34,P<0.05).Age stratification analysis showed that the positive rate of HPV in each age group was"U"curve.Among 15 HPV subtypes of infection detected, the top 2 was HPV18,16 respectively, and the positive rate of HPV in HPV18 and 16 was higher in<30 years old and≥50 years old. Conclusion Female HPV infection is related to age stratification.Young women, perimenopausal women and above-mentioned women need to be highly alert to the risk of HPV infection.
