Abstract:Objective To study effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined pelvic floor muscle exercise at different periods on pelvic floor function recovery of postpartum women.Methods A total of 600 cases of full-term parturient women receiving treatment in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected.According to the time of treatment,it was divided into three groups:A,B and C group.Biological feedback electrical stimulation and pelvic floor muscle training were initiated at 6 weeks after delivery,10 weeks after delivery and 12 weeks after delivery,respectively.The incidence of urinary incontinence,vaginal muscle tension and pelvic floor muscle strength were compared in three groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in pelvic floor muscle tension between three groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,group A and group B maternal pelvic floor muscle tension were recovered,and maternal effect of pelvic floor muscle tone recovery of group A was better than that of group B puerperal,difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant change in pelvic floor muscle tension in group C (P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between incidence of urinary incontinence and vaginal muscle voltage in three groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the rate of group A and group B maternal urinary incontinence decreased obviously,vaginal muscles voltage obviously improved,and maternal urinary incontinence rate of group A was lower than that in group B,vaginal muscles voltage was significantly higher than group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),maternal rate of urinary incontinence and vaginal muscle group C voltage had no obvious change,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Timely receiving biofeedback electrical stimulation and maternal pelvic floor muscle exercise can significantly increase the pelvic floor muscle,reduce occurrence of urinary incontinence,and effectively enhance recovery of maternal vaginal muscles voltage.
