Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of addition and subtraction of Kong′s Huxin Prescription combined with traction treating vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods 86 patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis treated in our hospital from February 2016 to March 2017 were selected as study objects and they were divided into the observation group and control group, and there were 43 cases in each group. The control group was given traction treatment, while the observation group was added the addition and subtraction of Kong′s Huxin Prescription. The total effective rate between the two groups was compared. The headache, vertigo score and vertebral artery hemodynamic indexes before and after treatment between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.3%,which was higher than that of the control group (86.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the headache and vertigo score and the vertebral artery hemodynamic indexes in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the above scores and vertebral artery hemodynamic indexes of the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of addition and subtraction of Kong′s Huxin Prescription combined with traction treating vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis is ideal, and the hemodynamic improvement was better, and the pain and vertigo symptoms are improved significantly.
