ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Sodium Phosphate creatine in the treatment of asphyxia neonatal myocardial injury.MethodsFrom February 2016 to January 2017,100 with myocardial damage in neonatal asphyxia patients receivedtreatment in our hospital were selected as the research objects. All patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the different treatment methods,50 cases in each group. The patients in control group were given the conventional treatment method, the patients in observation group were given Sodium Phosphate creatine treatment. The with troponin I and troponin T index, myocardial enzyme index and the incidence of adverse reaction of patients in the two groups were evaluated.ResultsThe total effective rate was(98.00%)and the improvement of ECG in the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The CK[(453.37±1.03)U/L],CK-MB[(6.65±1.02)U/L],HBDH[(62.98±1.02)U/L],LDH[(435.03±1.65)U/L],the incidence of adverse reactions, troponin I and troponin T in the the observation group were lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionSodium Phosphate used in the treatment of asphyxia neonatal myocardial injury has a significant clinical effect and high safety, which can effectively improve the myocardial enzyme index and is worthy of study.
