Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy in the treatment of insomnia,and to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods Ninety patients with insomnia treated in our hospital from March 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with drug therapy,and the observation group was treated with cognitive behavior therapy on the basis of the control group.The sleep disorders and quality of sleep were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the SDRS score and PSQI score in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the SDRS score and PSQI score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the SDRS scores and PSQI scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Cognitivebehavioral therapy based on drug therapy can reduce sleep disorders and improve sleep quality in insomniacs,which is worthy of clinical application.
