Abstract:Objective To analyze the values and imaging features of ultrasound in differential diagnosis of renal calculi and disease of kidney calcium latex.Methods The ultrasonic diagnostic data of 126 cases of patients with renal calculi(the group A)and 32 cases of patients with disease of kidney calcium latex(the group B)from March 2016 to March 2017 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.The accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis was calculated,and the differences of ultrasound imaging features were compared between the two groups.Results The accuracy rates of ultrasound diagnosis of renal calculi and disease of kidney calcium latex were 94.44%and 90.63%respectively,and there was no significant difference in the lesions diameter between the two groups(P>0.05).The lesions in the group A were mostly found in renal calyx,calyx and renal pelvis but not in renal parenchyma,and the lesions in the group B were mostly found in the renal parenchyma but not in the renal pelvis (P<0.05).The lesions in the group A were mostly clumpy shape without halfmoon shape while the lesions in the group B were mainly half-moom shap without arc-shaped band(P<0.05).The number of acoustic shadowing,no ringing effect and having hydrocalycosis in the imaging of the group A was significantly higher than that of the group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The accuracy of ultrasound is high in the diagnosis of renal calculi and disease of kidney calcium latex,and the difference in the ultrasound imageing features of the two is obvious,which is of great significance for the differential diagnosis of the two diseases.
