激素替代联合局部用药在围绝经女性萎缩性阴道炎中的疗效及安全性

摘要目的观察激素替代联合局部用药在围绝经期女性萎缩性阴道炎中的治疗效果，分析该方法的临床应用价值，并分析其安全性。方法选取2014年2月～2017年2月我院收治的100例围绝经期女性萎缩性阴道炎患者进行研究，随机分成两组，每组各50例。对照组采用局部用药，实验组采用激素替代联合局部用药治疗，将两组治疗后的效果、表层细胞百分比、子宫内膜厚度、雌二醇、卵泡雌激素及治疗后不良反应发生率进行比较，分析激素替代联合局部用药的临床应用价值，同时分析该方法在临床应用的安全性。结果实验组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后表层细胞百分比、子宫内膜厚度、雌二醇及卵泡雌激素等明显改善，且实验组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对女性围绝经期萎缩性阴道炎患者使用激素代替局部用药的效果更加安全有效，适合用于临床相关治疗中。

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of hormone replacement combined with local medication in the treatment of female atrophic vaginitis in perimenopausal women,to analyze the clinical value of hormone replacement combined with local medication,and to analyze its safety.Methods A total of 100 cases of perimenopausal women with atrophic vaginitis in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2017 were studied,patients were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with local medication.The experimental group was treated with hormone replacement combined with local medication,and the effect and surface of the two groups were treated.The percentage of cells,the thickness of the endometrium,the estradiol,oestrogen and the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment were compared,and the clinical value after treatment were,and the clinical safety were also analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The percentage of surface cells,the thickness of endometrium,estradiol and oestrogen after treatment were perfected,and the experimental group was higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate was compared with the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with perimenopausal atrophic vaginitis,the use of hormone instead of local medication is safer and more effective and suitable for future clinical related treatment.
