Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value of Enoxaparin Sodium in preventing deep venous thrombosis after cesarean section. Methods A total of 102 women undergoing cesarean section with high risk of deep venous thrombosis were recruited from November 2015 to November 2017 in our hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups,51 cases in each group.Only the study group was given Enoxaparin Sodium, and the occurrence of deep venous thrombosis and coagulation function in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results There was no deep venous thrombosis occured in the study group. In the control group,11 cases(21.57%)developed deep venous thrombosis, and the total incidence of thrombosis was significantly higher than that of the study group(P<0.05).The levels of D-dimer,fibrinogen,prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),and platelets(PLT)were similar between the two groups before cesarean section without statistical significance(P>0.05).The levels of D-dimer and fibrinogen six days after cesarean section significantly decreased compared with those before in the study group, while the aforementioned two indicators increased greatly in the control group. The levels of PT,APTT and PLT of both groups increased. The levels of D-dimer and fibrinogen of the study group were much lower than theose of the control group, and the levels of PT,APTT and PLT weresignificantly higher, indicating statistical difference in coagulation function between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Enoxaparin Sodium has the advantages of drug monitoring-free,long half-life,absence of adverse reactions such as bleeding, easy absorption, and appropriate price, etc. It can effectively prevent the occurrence of deep venous thrombosis after cesarean section and is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
