Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the significance of combined detection of Cys-C and β2-microglobulin in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.MethodsA total of 90 patients with diabetic nephropathy treated in our hospital from September 2015 to August 2017 were selected as the observation group,90 healthy physical examination personnel were selected as the reference group in the same time period,and the observation group was divided into stageⅠ,stageⅡ,stage Ⅲand Ⅳaccording to the difference of the time.The levels of β2-microglobulin and Cys-C in each group were detected by latex enhanced immunoturbidimetry and circulating enzyme method,and the results of each group were compared.ResultsThe level of β2-microglobulin and Cys-C in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of β2-microglobulin and Cys-C in patients with stageⅡtoⅣdiabetic nephropathy were higher than those in stageⅠdiabetic nephropathy,with statistical significance(P<0.05),the levels of β2-microglobulin and Cys-C level combined detection rate were higher than the single test,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionDuring the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy,Cys-C+β2-microglobulin can be detected reasonably.By analyzing the level of β2-microglobulin and Cys-C level,the early diagnosis of the disease and the smooth treatment of late stage can be fully guaranteed.
