Abstract:ObjectiveTo laparoscopic radical hysterectomy (LRH)treating early-stage cervical cancer.MethodsAll of 120 patients with early-stage cervical cancer treated in our hospital from December 2013 to March 2018 were selected and they were divided into the study group (60 cases)and control group (60 cases)according to the different surgical approach.Patients in the study group were treated with LRH and patients in the control group were treated with open radical hysterectomy(ORH).The surgery efficacy, postoperative recovery, complications and FACT-G score of cancer patients were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe operation time of the study group was longer than that of the control group, and the bleeding volume during operation was fewer than that of the control group, and the number of lymph nodes dissection in the study group was significantly more than that in the control group(P=0.000).There was no significant difference in the length of excisional vaginal wall between the two groups(P=0.654).The postoperative exhaust, defecation time, indwelling catheter and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P=0.000),and the total incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P=0.024).There was no significant difference in FACT-G scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with before operation,FACT-G score of the two groups were significantly higher than those before operation(P=0.000),and FACT-G score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P=0.000).ConclusionLRH treating early-stage cervical cancer has a better effect with faster postoperative recovery and fewer complications, which is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients after operation.
