Study on the effects of metabolic syndrome during pregnancy on maternal and infantile lipid metabolism

摘要目的研究孕妇妊娠期患代谢综合征自身脂代谢情况及对其分娩子代早期脂代谢的影响。方法选取2016年5月~2017年5月在潍坊医学院附属医院产科住院分娩的孕妇40例,其中合并妊娠期代谢综合征孕妇及分娩子代各20例为研究组,健康孕妇及分娩子代20例为对照组。分别检测孕妇血清中载脂蛋白E、脂联素、瘦素水平,并同时检测孕妇子代脐血血清中以上三种成分进行相关性比较。结果研究组孕妇载脂蛋白E为(490.15±90.76)ng/ml、瘦素为(4.92±1.00)ng/ml,所分娩子代载脂蛋白 E 为(576.95±83.37)ng/ml、瘦素为(3.16±1.18)ng/ml均高于对照组[孕妇载脂蛋白 E、瘦素分别为(389.51±69.37)、(3.83±0.52)ng/ml,所分娩子代载脂蛋白 E、瘦素分别为(400.38±57.25)、(2.29±1.01)ng/ml];研究组孕妇脂联素为(4.76±1.19)ng/ml,所分娩子代脂联素为(4.29±1.34)ng/ml均低于对照组[孕妇脂联素为(7.63±2.77)ng/ml,所分娩子代脂联素为(6.32±1.97)ng/ml],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期代谢综合征导致孕妇自身脂代谢异常,并影响所分娩子代早期的脂代谢,增加了子代未来发生代谢综合征风险。
Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the effects of metabolic syndrome during pregnancy on lipid metabolism in pregnant women and the effects on the early lipid metabolism in their offspring.MethodsA total of 40 pregnant women who were hospitalized and gave delivery in the department of obstetrics in the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected.Among them,20 cases of the pregnant women with metabolic syndrome in pregnancy and 20 offsprings of theirs were assigned to the study groups.20 healthy pregnant women and their offsprings were assigned to the control groups.The levels of apolipoprotein E,adiponectinand leptin in the serum of pregnancy women were measured respectively.At the same time,the correlation analysis between the above three components in the umbilical cord serum of the offspring were carried out.ResultsApolipoprotein E was (490.15±90.76)ng/ml and leptin was(4.92±1.00)ng/ml in the pregnancy women in the study group.The Apolipoprotein was(576.95±83.37)ng/ml and leptin was (3.16±1.18)ng/ml in their offsprings,which were all higher than those in the control group for pregnant women,apolipoprotein E and leptin were(389.51±69.37)ng/ml and(3.83±0.52)ng/ml respectively,and for the offsprings,the apolipoprotein E and leptin were(400.38±57.25)ng/ml and(2.29±1.01)ng/ml respectively;adiponectin was(4.76±1.19)ng/ml in the pregnancy women in the study group,and adiponectin was(4.29±1.34)ng/ml in their offsprings,which were both lower than those in the control group(adiponectin was[7.63±2.77]ng/ml in the pregnant women,and the adiponectin was [6.32±1.97]ng/ml in the offsprings).The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionMetabolic syndrome during pregnancy leads to abnormal lipid metabolism in pregnant women and affects early lipid metabolism in the offsprings,which increases the risk of future metabolic syndrome in the offsprings.
