Abstract:ObjectiveTo research the effect of early contact, early sucking on lactation of primipara and health of the newborn.MethodsFrom June 2016 to September 2017,the clinical data of 145 cases of primipara who were successfully delivered in obstetrics department of our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.According to whether or not to accept the postpartum early contactearly sucking, primiparas were divided into the observation group(76 cases)and the control group(69 cases). The observation group carried out early contact and early sucking after postpartum, while the control group did not carry out early contact and early sucking after postpartum. The lactation and neonatal status of the two groups of primipara were compared.ResultsThe colostrum secretion time and the filling time of postpartum breast in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group, the number of 24 h lactation after postpartum was significantly more than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group, the distribution lactating amount of 0-48 h and>48-72 h in postpartum women were significantly better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal complications in the observation group was 9.21%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(36.23%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe primipara who carry out the early postpartum, early sucking, the colostrum is secreted earlier, and the amount of lactation is more.It can satisfy the newborn′s breast milk supply at the early stage of postpartum,so that the success rate of breastfeeding is further improved, which is very beneficial for the health of the newborn and the newborn.
