Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopic resection and curettage in the treatment of endometrial polyps infertility.MethodsFrom February 2015 to November 2016,88 cases of endometrial polyps infertility were selected and randomly divided into groups.Curettage group was treated curettage and hysteroscopy, hysteroscopic resection group was treated undergoing hysteroscopic resection. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of endometrial polyps infertility, the total amount of bleeding during surgery, the time of operation, before and after intervention of quality of life SF-36 scale score, within one year of recurrence and pregnancy rate were compared between two groups.ResultsThe clinical effect of hysteroscopic resection group was higher than that in the curettage group(P<0.05).The total amount of hemorrhage in the hysteroscopic resection group was lesser than that in the control group, and the completion timewas shorter than that in the curettage group, the differenceswere statistically significant(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores of the two groups before the intervention the difference had no statistical significance (P>0.05).Quality of life SF-36 scale score of hysteroscopic resection group was superior to curettage group(P<0.05).Hysteroscopic resection group 1 year recurrence rate was lower than that in the curettage group,1 year pregnancy rate was higher than that in the curettage group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionHysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps in patients with infertility clinical effect is exact, and compared with curettage reduce the recurrence rate and better quality of life, and less trauma, can reduce bleeding and shorten the operation time, improve the pregnancy rate.
