Application effect of comfort nursing on perioperative period of breast cancer patients

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of comfort nursing in perioperative nursing of patients with breast cancer.Methods Sixty cases of breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to October 2017 were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into control group (perioperative routine nursing)and experimental group(perioperative comfortable nursing),30 cases in each group.The incidence of postoperative complications,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the control group was significantly lower than that of the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of SCL-90([46.4±5.3]points)in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group([69.2±3.7]points),the difference was statistically significant(t=19.3201,P=0.0000).Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing in perioperative nursing of patients with breast cancer is beneficial to prevent and reduce postoperative complications and improve the effect of operation.It is worthy of clinical selection and popularization.
