Abstract:Objective To explore the role of improved prenatal health education in improving maternal cognitive behavior and delivery outcome.Methods From April to December 2016,132 parturients were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=68)and observation group(n=64).the control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given improved prenatal health education intervention.The clinical data of the two groups were observed and recorded.Results The awareness rate of maternal health knowledge in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of psychological status and coping behaviors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of spontaneous delivery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Apgar score between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).The amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group at 2 hours after delivery,The total labor time was less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of improved prenatal health education on improving cognitive behavior and delivery end of labor is significant.It can also shorten the maternal total labor process and reduce postpartum hemorrhage,therefore worth to promote the clinical application.
