Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transurethral holmium laser bladder tumor resection and bladder tumor resection for superficial bladder cancer.Methods 50 patients with superficial bladder cancer admitted from December 2012 to October 2017 in our hospital were divided into observation group(n=25)and control group according to random number table method.The observation group was treated by transurethral holmium laser bladder tumor resection,while the control group was treated by transurethral resection of bladder tumor.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,length of indwelling catheter,days of hospitalization,levels of inflammatory cytokines before and after treatment and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,indwelling catheter length,length of hospital stay were shorter than those in control group,intraoperative blood loss was losser than those in the control,IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α and complication rates in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,and IL-10 level was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Transurethral resection of holmium laser bladder tumor and resection of bladder tumor have some effect on superficial bladder cancer,but transurethral resection of holmium laser bladder tumor is more effective,which can shorten the length of hospital stay and reduce the cost of the patient Burden,and less impact on inflammatory cytokines,fewer complications，with high clinical value.
