Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of the nursing of the parturient with premature rupture of the membranes during the treatment. Methods From March 2015 to March 2017,82 cases of premature rupture of membranes were randomly divided into control group and observation group,41 cases in each group. The control group received routine obstetric care.Evidence-based nursing intervention was carried out in the observation group. The number of cases of postpartum infection, satisfaction of nursing service during the treatment of premature rupture of membranes, postpartum hemorrhage, postpartum hospital treatment time were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of postpartum infection was14.6%(6 cases)in the observation group, less than 51.2% (21 cases)in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of nursing service in observation group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05).The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the duration of postpartum hospitalization was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the inquiry nursing during the treatment period of the premature rupture of membranes can ensure the safety of the mother and baby in the perinatal stage, shorten the time of hospitalization and improve the satisfaction of the pregnant women to the nursing service.
