Abstract：Objective To investigate the application effect and analysis of rapid rehabilitation surgical mode in patients performed with cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 90 patients with cholecystectomy from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the patient′s visit time(bimonthly,single month),45 cases in each group.The study group received fast-track surgery(no gastric tube placement before operation,health education with patients and their families,and oral feeding at early stage after operation),while the control group received routine surgery(gastric tube placement for anal exhaust after operation).The operation related indexes of the two groups,the level of C-reactive protein before and after treatment,the healing of the wound after the operation,the postoperative adverse reaction and the postoperative pain were observed and compared.Results The postoperative anal exhaust time,postoperative defecation time,postoperative eating time,postoperative ambulation time and postoperative hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in C-reactive protein level between the two groups before operation.C-reactive protein levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The excellent rate of wound healing in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (χ2=7.2827,P=0.0070).The adverse reaction rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （χ2=6.4286，P=0.0112）.The incidence of postoperative pain in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=7.7885，P=0.0053）.Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation surgical mode in patients undergoing cholecystectomy obtain a significant effect and is of great value.
