Effect of acceptance of professional individualized pregnancy diet guidance on pregnancy outcome

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of acceptance of professional individualized pregnancy diet guidance on pregnancy outcome.Methods All of 180 pregnant women diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2016 to August 2017 were selected as observation objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,90 cases in each group.The pregnant women in the routine group received routine prenatal examination and health education.on the basis of routine group,the pregnant women in the specialized group received professional individualized diet guidance.The delivery mode,nutritional status during pregnancy,complications during pregnancy,complications during delivery,postpartum recovery and neonatal status of the two groups were statistically compared.Results In terms of delivery mode,the vaginal delivery rate of pregnant women in the professional group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(χ2=15.8026,P＜0.05).The nutritional status during pregnancy,postpartum recovery and neonatal health in the professional group were significantly better than those in the conventional group(P＜0.05).The incidence of pregnancy hypertension,pregnancy diabetes and postpartum hemorrhage in the professional group was lower than that in the conventional group(P＜0.05).In the professional group,there were 0 macrosomia and 1 low birth weight(1.11%).In the conventional group,6 cases(6.67%)were macrosomia and 8 cases(8.89%)were low birth weight.The incidence of neonatal complications in the professional group was lower than that in the conventional group(χ2=6.2069,5.7309,P=0.0127,0.0166).Conclusion The professional individualized diet guidance during pregnancy is very significant for the pregnancy outcome.It can not only improve the nutritional status of pregnant women,but also reduce the occurrence of complications,maximize the safety of mothers and infants,which is worthy of further clinical reference and application.
