Abstract:Objective To study the effects of clinical nursing pathway in painless endoscopic diagnosis and treatment.Methods 80 patients who conducted painless endoscopic diagnosis from February 2014 to October 2014 of our hospital were selected as objects.Patients were divided into two groups according to different nursing mode,and each group was 40 cases.Patients in control group were given routine nursing,and patients in study group were given clinical nursing pathway on the basis of control group.Vital signs liked systolic pressure and heart rate,patient care satisfaction,occurrence situation of adverse effects and fall rate in two groups before and after treatment were detected and accounted,and the results were analyzed and compared.Results Before treatment,the difference of systolic pressure and heart rate between two groups were not obvious,and the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05);the heart rate is unchanged (P>0.05).After treatment,the systolic pressure and heart rate in study group had obvious difference compared with control group (P<0.05).The total care satisfaction in study group,obvious higher than that was in control group,and the difference was statistical significance (P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse effects and fall rate in study group were respectively 7.5%and 2.5%,which had significant difference compared with control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can obvious decrease the fall rate of patients after painless endoscopic diagnosis and treatment,which is helpful to the diagnosis and treatment proceed smoothly of and with application value in clinical.
