Abstract:Objective To observe and study the influence of early nursing intervention on perinatal complications in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 100 cases of gestational diabetes treated in our hospital from June 2015 to Angust 2016 were selected as the research object,they were divided into control group and study group by means of random classification,50 cases in each group,the control group was given routine nursing intervention,the study group was given early nursing intervenion on the base of control group,the nursing outcomes of two groups were compared.Results The rate of complications of hypertension during pregnancy,polyhydramnios,cesarean section,premature birth,postpartum hemorrhage and childbed disease in study group were significantly lower than those in control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05),the maternal neonatal complications in study group was significantly better than that in control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early nursing care can effectively reduce the incidence of perinatal complications of gestational diabetes mellitus,improve maternal postpartum physical condition,and has a significant clinical effect,which is worthy of promotion and application.
