Abstract:Objective To investigate the feasibility of laparoscopic hysterectomy and bilateral fallopian tube removal and its effect on ovarian function and perimenopausal symptoms. Methods Ninety patients with benign uterine diseases in our hospital from January to December 2014 were selected and divided into observation group (45 cases)and control group(45 cases)according to their wish. The control group was treated with laparoscopic hysterectomy and bilateral fallopian tube reservation, the observation group was treated with laparoscopic hysterectomy and bilateral fallopian tube removal.Ovarian function related indicators and the incidence of perimenopausal symptoms between two groups were compared. Results Compared with before treatment, levels of serum estradiol decreased after treatment in the two groups, and levels of FSH and LH elevated, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the above index had no significant difference between the two groups at 1 week and 3 months after operation (P>0.05);the incidence of perimenopausal symptoms in the control group before operation,1 week after operation,3 months after operation was 20.00%,28.89%and 40.00%respectively,which was 24.44%,33.33%and 42.22%respectively in observation group, and the difference between two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic total hysterectomy and bilateral fallopian tube removal has good safety, and it is worthy of clinical application.
