全程绿色通道护理路径模式和常规护理路径模式在急诊小儿高热惊厥中的应用对比

摘要目的探讨全程绿色通道护理路径模式和常规护理路径模式在急诊小儿高热惊厥中的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年2月～2016年12月收治的100例小儿高热惊厥患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，每组各50例。对照组患者予以常规护理路径模式，研究组患者予以全程绿色通道护理路径模式。比较两组患者病情稳定情况、并发症情况、死亡情况、急救前后患者体温、急救时间、退热时间、惊厥消失时间、住院时间以及护理满意度情况。结果研究组患者病情稳定比例显著高于对照组（P<0.05），研究组并发症比例及死亡比例显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者急救前体温比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），急救后研究组体温显著低于对照组（P<0.05），研究组急救时间、退热时间、惊厥消失时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组患者护理总满意度为92.00%，显著高于对照组（72.00%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论全程绿色通道护理对小儿高热惊厥护理可有效缓解临床症状，缩短急救时间、临床症状消失时间及住院时间，改善急救效果，提高护理质量和护理满意度。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of the whole green channel nursing pathway model and routine nursing pathway model in emergency children with high fever convulsion.MethodsSelected 100 cases of children with high fever convulsion in our hospital from February 2014 to December 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,50 cases in each group.The patients of control group were given routine nursing pathway,and in study group were treated with green corridor nursing pathway.The two groups of patients with stable condition,complications,death,the temperature before and after the first aid,first aid time,fever time,convulsion disappearance time,hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction were compared.ResultsThe proportion of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the proportion of complications and mortality in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Two groups of patients before emergency temperature showed no significant difference(P＞0.05),first aid research group after body temperature was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),the study group hospital time,pyretolysis time,seizures disappeared time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction degree of the patients in the study group(92.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe whole Easy Access nursing pathway in nursing of patients with infantile convulsion in application can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,shorten the hospital time,linical symptoms disappeared time and hospitalization time,improve emergency results,improve the quality of nursing and nursing satisfaction.
