Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of qi-boosting and blood invigorating herbs on early recovery of ischemic stroke.MethodsFrom January to December 2016,60 patients with ischemic stroke treated in our hospital were selected.According to different intervention methods,they were evenly divided into treatment group (n=30)and control group(n=30).In patients of the control group,routine neurology drug therapy,routine nursing,and rehabilitation treatment were applied.Besides that,modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction was added.The incidence of SAP,NIHSS score,modified Barthel index score,CD3+,CD4+,and CD8+,and the ratio of CD4+to CD8+were considered as outcomes indicators.SPSS 20.0 package was used for statistical analysis.ResultsThere was a statistical difference in the incidence of SAP between the two groups(P<0.05).NIHSS score,modified Bathel index score,CD3+,CD4+,and CD8+,and the ratio of CD4+to CD8+before and after treatment were all displayed statistical differences intra group comparison in two groups(P<0.05).There was a statistical difference of NIHSS score,modified Bathel index score,CD3+,CD4+,and CD8+,and the ratio of CD4+to CD8+after treatment between the two groups (P<0.05).ConclusionQi-boosting and blood invigorating herbs can improve symptoms of neurological deficit of patients and reduce the incidence of SAI in patients.
