活血化瘀汤辅以推拿治疗骨折后期肢体肿胀的效果评价

摘要目的评价活血化瘀汤辅以推拿治疗骨折后期肢体肿胀的效果。方法选取2013年2月-2016年3月我院收治的骨折后期肢体肿胀患者70例作为研究对象，采用计算机随机分组方法将其分为两组。对照组35例患者实施活血化瘀汤治疗，观察组35例患者实施活血化瘀汤辅以推拿治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的总有效率、并发症发生率、住院时间、症状改善时间、肿胀消除时间。结果观察组的总有效为率91.43%，高于对照组的74.29%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者的总并发症发生率为11.43%，低于对照组的31.43%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的住院时间、症状改善时间、肿胀消除时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论活血化瘀汤辅以推拿治疗骨折后期肢体肿胀，不仅能缩短住院平均时间、症状改善时间、肿胀消除时间，还能提高治疗效果，值得进一步推广应用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of Huoxue Huayu Decoction combined with massage in the treatment of limb swelling at the late stage of fracture.MethodsA total of 70 patients with limb swelling at the late stage of tumor admitted into our hospital from February 2013 to March 2016 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into the two groups according to the computer randomization grouping methods.35 patients in the control group were given Huoxue Huayu Decoction,and 35 patients in the observation group were given Huoxue Huayu Decoction combined with massage.The total effective rate after treatment,the total incidence rate of complications,length stay,the time of symptom improvement,the time of swelling elimination were compared in patients between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate in the patients was 91.43%in the observation group,which was higher than that in the control group(74.29%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 11.43%,which was lower than that in the control group (31.43%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of stay,the time of symptom improvement and the time of swelling elimination in patients of the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionHuoxue Huayu Decoction combined with massage in the treatment of limb swelling at the late stage of fracture not only can shorten the length stay,the time of symptom improvement,and the time of swelling elimination,but also improve the treatment effect,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
