Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of Budesonide Ultrasonic Atomization combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children,so as to provide a reference for the rational selection of treatment options.Methods78 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection treated in our hospital from February 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the objects of observation, the random number table was used to divide them into two groups, each with 39 cases. The observation group was treated with Budesonide Ultrasonic Atomization combined with Azithromycin, and the control group was treated with Azithromycin alone. Two groups of treatment were 3 weeks. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed after 3 weeks.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was 94.87%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.36%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappeared time of wheezing breathing, fever, lung rales and cough in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.13%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(15.38%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionBudesonide Ultrasonic Atomization combines with Azithromycin in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, can make the patient′s clinical symptoms, had better clinical curative effect, less adverse reaction, safe and reliable, and is worthy of popularization and application.
