保妇康栓联合雌激素软膏治疗老年糖尿病患者阴道炎的效果及其对生活质量的影响

摘要目的探讨和观察雌激素软膏联合保妇康栓治疗老年糖尿病伴阴道炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取2014年12月～2016年12月我院收治的88例老年糖尿病伴阴道炎患者作为研究对象，根据治疗方式的不同将其分为对照组与实验组，每组各44例。对照组患者给予雌激素软膏治疗，实验组患者给予雌激素软膏联合保妇康栓治疗。观察比较两组患者的临床疗效和生活质量。结果实验组患者的临床有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，实验组患者的生活质量总评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者的不良反应发生情况比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论雌激素软膏联合保妇抗栓治疗老年糖尿病伴阴道炎的临床疗效显著，可显著改善患者的生活质量，不良反应少，具有较高的临床推广价值。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate and oberseve the curative efficacy and quality of life of Baofukang Suppository combined with Estrogen Ointment for the treatment of vaginitis with diabetes mellitus in elderly patients.Methods88 cases of elderly patients who were treated for vaginitis with diabetes mellitus in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were selected as the research subjects and were divided into the control group and the experimental group, each group had 44 cases.The experimental group were treated with Estrogen Ointment combined with Baofukang Suppository,and the control group was treated by Estrogen Ointment.The clinical efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe clinical efficiency of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the total quality of life score of experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The adverse reactions in the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).ConclusionThe clinical efficacy of Baofukang Suppository combined with Estrogen Ointment for the treatment of vaginitis with diabetes mellitus in elderly patients is significant,and the quality life is improved significantly,the adverse reaction is less.It is worthy of clinical application.
